The SIMPLE BODY OF LOVE


 

The inherent body is a body that accepts easy movements with ALL of its changing emotions. It is a body that has a sense of the nutrition that it needs for its ongoing balance - diet, exercise, mental acuity, prosocial health. To live in this “unproblematic discipline” is the most profound way to love and to enjoy your bodily life.

Mostly you suffocate emotions, for different reasons, and from there the body becomes unbalanced. Often it is painful to feel the kaleidoscope of emotions. We say 'positive' or 'negative' - negative being the emotions that we block. You therefore become half instead of whole - and while the body’s system is always natural, you do not enjoy the whole spirit of being alive.

Why? Generally, emotionally - you have become a limited repeat. The body then no longer receives the full spectrum of nutrition necessary for an emotional being, which then grows cloistered and stunted.

Currently, you are looking for Love through another person or in a situation. When you do this, your nervous system moves into a consoling pattern wherein you become addicted to conditions. A lover, a career, a hobby, an animal, an ice cream... becomes an attachment, a hook, a need.
When you feel problematic, it is mostly because you have become attached to any kind of condition.
You then suffer the outcomes as inflammation, disease and consumerism. Over time, the body’s chemistry, including hormones, becomes either inflated or deficient. Over years, over generations, this way of attachment and all of its outcomes, becomes culturally normal, as though this is helpful, as though It, Is, Love. 

It is Naturally Lawful to change and all conditions are temporary. It is therefore great to enjoy conditions without becoming attached, wherein your immune, nervous system gets sick.

While conditions are temporary and so can never be consistent, Love is consistent - it is fluid and strong, and it is never temporary. However, we have lost the art of Love or loving. We have forgotten our own sense of Love, unreasonably and unconditionally.

Feeling Love is an absorbing emotional feeling practice. It allows the body’s inherent intelligence to be imbued with all the necessary constituents to live balanced.

 It is The Natural. 

It is only through the acceptance that you are already Love, that a new relationship with your body and mind can be fostered - a relationship of mutual sacrifice. This is the sacrifice of old conditional paradigms, covering over Love, to reveal the open, unconditional, feeling of Love. In this sacrifice, you will feel the tenderness of a human unfettered from anxiety and addictive consumerism.
It is unusual and it is a shedding.

How can you enjoy the fluid moment to moment sense of who you are?
It is to be the simple body of Love again, to remember that.
How can you be in Love again? 
It can’t be taught. 
But it can be shown. You can be attracted to it and you can be distracted into it. 
The practice of Love is mostly done through a guide, through revelation, in the demonstration, in the Spirit of Love. 

It is here at Tushita Ashram, that a person can engage with the unproblematic attitude of the natural, through a body of Love and therefore, You.

It is very empowering and real.
It is proficient and profound.
It is a discipline.
It is called Love.
