sexuality

When we consider sexuality in relation to our humanness, we often focus on emotional expression and attraction to others. However, I believe sexuality is far more powerful, serving as a vital source of motivation and creativity.

Throughout every stage of human life, from crawling to walking and babbling to talking, the sexual life urge drives growth and development. This energy propels a stunning, artistic life endeavour, underpinning immense power and natural intelligence.
To be born as a human—or any sentient organism—requires the creative impulse of sexuality. This force orchestrates the symbiotic relationships of bacteria, mitochondria, DNA, cells, mammals, and ultimately humans. Sexuality motivates creation, supports flourishing, and drives transformation.

This potent creativity grants us unselfconscious alertness and confidence. It helps us remain grounded while staying inspired. Maintaining this sexual confidence keeps our humanness vital. Without it, we may become doubtful of our own greatness, leading to despondency and anxiety.

Sexuality is self-sufficient; it does not require another to be enjoyed. Nevertheless, when it combines with something or someone else, it creates an extraordinary Life full potency.

In the natural world, we see this sexual artistry at play over billions of years. Humans are part of this infinite process, which involves painting, designing, altering, and evolving. It is a life process, magnificent and yet natural—grounded and cosmic.
This is where the Sacred resides: within the natural intelligence of life. If we live by this intelligence, giving and taking in balance, our spirit becomes a sacred celebration. Thus, sexuality is a grounded, vital, charismatic, and peaceful celebration. It is fundamentally you.
